Summary. JobPilot 2 is a local-first browser extension that helps you find prospective employers, fill and submit job applications, and send job enquiries that you review first. It has two modes: bring your own AI key (BYO), where your profile, credentials, history, and API key stay on your device and job-page content goes directly to the AI provider you configure; and JobPilot Pro, an optional managed paid plan where AI requests pass through our Vercel proxy so we can pay the AI provider, meter usage, and enforce your subscription quota. Stripe processes payments, and Supabase stores subscription/usage records. We do not sell your data, run advertising, or track unrelated browsing.
JobPilot 2 collects the following categories of data only when you provide or generate them inside the extension. BYO mode stores them locally; Pro mode transmits the minimum necessary data to operate the managed AI proxy and billing.

We do not collect browsing history of unrelated sites, location, health data, or full payment-card/bank-account details. Optional analytics is limited to the disclosed allowlist, uses random identifiers, and is never joined to profile or billing data. Stripe handles full payment details on its hosted pages.
Your data is used exclusively to deliver the extension's single disclosed purpose: helping you find prospective employers, apply for jobs, and contact employers about job opportunities. Specifically:
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, credit or lending decisions, or any purpose unrelated to the extension's single purpose. We do not sell or rent your data.
chrome.storage and IndexedDB.The extension's data panel deletes job data including your profile, application history, files, memories, credentials, leads, and conversations while retaining settings, language, and subscription access. Settings also provides a "Reset to new user" action that deletes all local profile data, files, memories, conversations, tasks, credentials, BYO API keys, analytics consent, and preferences. It retains only anonymous billing recovery credentials so purchased or redeemed access is not orphaned; it does not cancel a Stripe subscription. You can stop future analytics in Settings; uninstalling also removes the local random analytics ID. Contact us to request deletion of previously collected analytics. For Pro subscription/billing records, contact us at the address below; some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, tax/accounting, disputes, or law.
Credentials and BYO API keys are stored in your Chrome browser profile and excluded from backup exports. JobPilot does not separately encrypt that browser storage, so anyone with access to your device and Chrome profile may be able to access it. Network traffic to AI providers, Stripe, Vercel, and Supabase uses HTTPS. Pro proxy tokens are opaque bearer tokens, and provider keys for Pro are stored only as server environment variables. You are responsible for the security of your own device and of any AI-provider account whose key you supply.
All prices are in USD. Starter requires a card and includes a 7-day free trial, then renews at $3.90 per week. Standard costs $6.90 per week and Max costs $19.90 per week; both charge immediately. Plans renew weekly until canceled through Manage subscription. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Paid periods are non-refundable except where required by law. JobPilot (individual developer, lifeitong123@gmail.com) is the seller; Stripe is the payment processor.
JobPilot 2's use of data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Privacy policy, including the Limited Use requirements: we only collect and use data for the extension's single, disclosed purpose; we do not sell user data; we do not transfer or use user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes; and we do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to that single purpose.
JobPilot 2 is intended for job-seeking adults and is not directed to children under 13.

我们不收集无关网站的浏览历史、位置、健康数据或完整银行卡/银行账户信息。可选匿名统计仅限上述白名单，使用随机标识，且不会与档案或账单数据关联。完整付款信息由 Stripe 托管页面处理。

我们不将数据用于广告、画像、信贷/放贷决策或任何与唯一用途无关的目的；不出售或出租你的数据。
chrome.storage 与 IndexedDB 存在你本地设备上。数据面板可删除档案、投递记录、文件、记忆、凭据、线索和对话等求职数据，同时保留设置、语言和订阅访问。设置中的“恢复为新用户”会删除所有本地档案、文件、记忆、对话、任务、凭据、BYO API key、统计同意和偏好；仅保留匿名付款恢复凭据，以免已购买或已兑换的权益失联，而且不会取消 Stripe 订阅。你可在设置中随时停止后续统计；卸载扩展也会删除本地随机统计 ID。如需删除此前收集的统计，可通过下方邮箱联系我们。Pro 订阅/计费记录可联系我们删除；因计费、防欺诈、税务/会计、争议处理或法律义务需要的记录可能继续保留。
网站凭据与 BYO API key 存在你的 Chrome 浏览器配置中并排除于备份导出。JobPilot 不会对浏览器存储另行加密，因此能够访问你设备和 Chrome 配置的人可能读取这些数据。发往 AI 服务商、Stripe、Vercel、Supabase 的网络流量使用 HTTPS。Pro 代理 token 为不透明 bearer token，Pro 服务商 key 只存在服务器环境变量。你需自行负责本人设备及所提供 key 的 AI 服务商账户安全。

JobPilot 2 对数据的使用符合 Chrome Web Store 用户数据隐私政策，包括 Limited Use 要求：仅为扩展唯一且 已披露的用途收集和使用数据；不出售用户数据；不为判断信用或放贷目的传输或使用用户数据；不将用户数据用于 与该唯一用途无关的目的。
JobPilot 2 面向求职成年人，不面向 13 岁以下儿童。
